In January 1997, Ukrasiabuild enterprises completed the construction of the cottage village «Canadian village». Ten houses were built according to five designs using technology of high-speed construction with quick assembling sandwich panels. The distinguishing features of houses are their high heat retention characteristics, low cost of maintenance, modern principles of planning. Combined in one architectonic complex, the built up cottages are equipped with all necessary communications. The houses have kitchen furniture with installed equipment, as well as washing and drying machines. Total area of each house - from 260 to 420 sq. m.
