BC «UkrAsiaBuild» carries out construction of Metrological center in Boyarka by order of NAK «Naftogaz Ukrainy» on the basis of memorandum of mutual understanding between Ukraine and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, signed within the framework of state program of creation of base of standards of Ukraine.

According to the newspaper «Uryadovyi kuryer», after the presentation of the Metrological centre which took place in May of 2002, creation of the centre «will enable Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to realize its conception and program of the creation of a uniform system of gas accounting, providing qualitative transition to an up-to-date technological level of the whole gas transporting sector of Ukraine and other states of Eastern European region».

At present the laboratory unit of Metrological centre is completed, the production unit is being completed, assembly and setup of the calibrating bench on gas is being finished, and the laboratories are being equipped.
