BC UkrAsiaBuild commences construction of new multistory complex on Drahomyrova St . 2 A in Pecherskyi area of Kyiv.

According to design this housing project consists of two buildings three sections, each having 22-23-24 stories , and two separate attached blocks of premises with space 4500 sq.m. for offices, chemist's shops, shops, recreation and education centers.

First floors non - residential premises , underneath two - level semiunderground parking area for 250 cars . Residential area is represented by 1-2-3-4- room apartments . According to design, there are two-level apartments at high stories .

Total area of underground and surface constructions of the complex is 50 800 square meters. State of the art technology monolithic frame , elements of ventilated aluminum facade. Completion of construction I half-year of 2007.
