In November 2001 BC «UkrAsiaBuild» completed construction of residential and office centre on Yakira Street. This modern building with facade from metalware and stained glass has become a decoration of one of central districts of the city.

This centre consists of three buildings: one ten-storey and two six-storey buildings (total area of 30 000 sq. m.) and underground parking for 120 cars. Ground floor is taken by car sales shop, bank, furniture shop, cafeteria, dental clinic, recreation centre. The upper floor is used for office and residential purpose.

98 flats and all non-residential premises of the centre were sold before the complex was put into operation.

The 10th floor of total area above 1300 sq.m. there is office of BC «UkrAsiaBuild». The furnishings, layout and decorations of rooms, as well as the special areas and conference-hall meet most up-to-date requirements.
