UkrAsiaBuild Building Corporation had its own exposition at SIMA-2003, an International trade and industrial exhibition, which took place on May 22 - 25, 2003, in the Syrian Arab Republic. The Syrian governmental delegation, led by the prime-minister of that country, paid special attention to the Ukrainian exposition. Syrian central mass media published news about the Ukrainian enterprises' participation in the exhibition, and widely described the resources of BC UkrAsiaBuild.

Following the preliminary agreements, the Embassy of Ukraine in the Syrian Arab Republic organized negotiations with the heads of the Syrian Ministry of construction, as well as with the representatives of large Syrian companies.

As a result of the meetings held, cooperation agreement was reached. Representatives of the Syrian Ministry of construction expressed their willingness to visit Ukraine to conduct further negotiations.
